Through targeted display ads, personalized emails, and paid social, we highlighted KAY’s wide range of Valentine’s gifts, and guided customers based on purchase history and browsing behavior to offer relevant product suggestions like engagement rings and fashion jewelry. 

This CRM campaign seamlessly integrated personalized messaging with seasonal promotions, enhancing customer experience, while using A/B testing to optimize subject lines and calls-to-action.
